Duties & Responsibilities
- To supervise security officers on sites
- Ensuring effective deployment and rostering
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Manage discipline, company rules, Psira and legislative compliance and site instructions.
- Maintain high service standards.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Psira Grade B (Minimum)
- Minimum 2 -3 years experience as a security officer
- Previous supervisor experience advantageous
