Key Responsibilities Develop, support, troubleshoot and implement new features on our telephonyinfrastructure Fine-tune and support our SIP/telephony application infrastructure,including Asterisk, Free SWITCH, and Open SIPS. Develop and implement new features Work with our front-end GUI team to createinnovative functionalities within our hosted telephony platform. Create complex IVRs & dial plans Build, maintain, and enhance IVR flows, call routinglogic, and dial plans within Asterisk.
