What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles including Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance, quality, and hiring excellence.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring roadmaps and workforce needs.
  • Scale GTM teams across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Leverage data and recruiting analytics to optimize funnel efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
