Job Description

Manos Software Group, part of Valsoft Corporation, seeks a GTM Engineer to shape the revenue engine. This hands-on role bridges Sales, Marketing, Data, and Automation to design, implement, and optimize systems powering pipeline generation and revenue intelligence.

You will own CRM architecture (HubSpot preferred), create lifecycle stages and attribution logic, and build automated workflows for routing, scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle progression.
