We are a growth agency that helps B2B SaaS companies scale through web design, development, SEO, and paid media. We're hiring a GTM Engineer to own the systems that power both our sales outreach and our recruiting pipelines.
The Role
You'll own one repeatable workflow and apply it across two functions: **sales and recruiting**. The core loop is the same — build target lists, automate personalized outreach, capture interest, and manage a pipeline through stages. You'll work directly with the CEO and team leads to turn strategic direction into running pipelines.
This is a full-time (40 hrs/week) remote role. We prefer candidates based in LATAM or Europe with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours.
## What You'll Do
- Build target lists of companies and people
- Set up automated LinkedIn outreach sequences via Heyreach or similar tools
- Create intake forms and pipeline tracking for each campaign or role (Google Forms + Google Sheets)
