About the job

Why this role exists:

We're building a revenue engine that scales without adding headcount linearly. This role owns the automation + systems layer across inbound, outbound, routing, enrichment, lifecycle stages, and dashboards making sure GTM processes run reliably, audibly, and cleanly (no silent failures).

Core stack you'll own:

  • SaaS tool subscription
  • iPaaS/workflow orchestration : n8n, Make, Workato, Zapier, Tray.io, Retool
  • APIs/Webhooks/Auth : REST, webhook patterns, OAuth (Greenhouse)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect + harden automations across the GTM lifecycle: Build and maintain workflows across marketing, sales, and customer success functions
  • Inbound automation: capture qualify route follow up. Own inbound flows: forms, chat handoffs, meeting booking triggers, lead capture, enrichment, and automated follow-ups. Build routing that's fast...
