Job Description

Zoft.AI is building enterprise AI automation — chat agents, voice agents, and workflow automation for businesses. We're looking for a growth hustler with a proven track record of generating revenue and pipeline at scale — someone who can run outreach in volume, build partnerships, and close the loop to actual paying customers.


What you'll own:

  • Revenue & Pipeline: Build and manage a predictable sales pipeline — leads → demos → paying pilots → closed revenue
  • Partnerships: Identify and close partnerships (agencies, resellers, integrators, communities) that open new distribution channels
  • Outreach at Scale: Run cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach in volume — sequences, automation tools, and high-velocity prospecting, not one-off messages
  • Founder-led marketing: Ghost-write and manage founder's LinkedIn/X presence — posts, threads, comments, DMs to build personal brand and inbound trus...
