We are looking for a Business Operations Manager with a structured mindset to design, implement, and improve processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across Secret Media Network.
Responsibilities
Process Design & Optimization
- Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across SMN.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement, and translate them into scalable processes.
- Standardize ways of working to ensure consistency and predictability in execution between different regions: North America, Europe, APAC, Latam.
AI Automation & Tooling
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems.
- Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and execution speed.
