Job Description

As the Growth Marketing Specialist, you will own and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon by blending data-backed strategy with high-impact creative. You’ll manage the full performance lifecycle, optimizing budget allocation and bidding strategies (such as ASC and Target ROAS) to drive measurable growth in ROAS and CAC. Beyond media buying, you will lead creative strategy by collaborating with designers and UGC creators to develop scroll-stopping content that converts. By leveraging structured testing frameworks and funnel segmentation, you’ll continuously refine messaging and audience targeting to maximize new customer acquisition. Ultimately, you are the bridge between technical execution and brand storytelling, ensuring every dollar spent fuels sustainable business expansion.
