We are hiring a Growth Hacker & CRO Lead to own our end-to-end growth engine—optimizing funnels, improving conversion rates, leading experimentation, and unlocking scalable, predictable growth, marketing, and consumer psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Funnel Ownership & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)

• Own the full growth funnel: traffic → lead → consult → program purchase → retention.
• Conduct deep funnel audits to identify friction points and drop-offs.
• Improve conversion across landing pages, ads, CRM journeys, product flows, and sales touchpoints.
• Build and run A/B tests, copy experiments, UX experiments, incentive tests, and journey optimizations.
