About the Role

As a Growth Manager, you will own and operate NxtWave's growth across a portfolio of Tier-1 campuses. You are responsible for driving acquisition, activation, and student success stories across multiple colleges.

You will design and execute scalable growth strategies across your campuses, including on-ground activations, ambassador programs, referral loops, and digital campaigns to consistently drive new student acquisition and ensure strong onboarding into NxtWave's ecosystem. You will track campus-wise metrics such as sign-ups, active learners, engagement, and success stories.
