Role Overview
Uncover Wellness is looking for a Head of Growth to drive customer acquisition and first-conversion–led revenue growth across clinics. This role will own the end-to-end growth funnel from lead generation to first treatment or package conversion.
The position focuses on efficient acquisition, performance marketing, and strong first conversion by tightly integrating marketing, inside sales, and on-ground clinic teams.
Note: This role does not own retention, repeat revenue, or long-term LTV programs. It is a hands-on execution role, not a pure strategy or brand role.
