As a Growth Manager (Campus CEO), you'll be the face of one of India's most ambitious career success initiatives for IITians.

We're launching a nationwide initiative to help IITians and top engineers supercharge their careers—through product-led and community-led growth, hands-on prep, real-world assessments, and more.

As a Growth Manager (Campus CEO), you'll take complete ownership of growth, traction, PMF, and student success at colleges in the region assigned. You'll work directly with NxtWave's founding team, define the GTM playbook, build grassroots distribution, and create tangible outcomes for students.
