Hazen Technologies is seeking a Growth Manager to lead a US-focused outbound sales team, driving revenue growth and scalable processes. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from ICP refinement to closing, while coaching the team to higher performance and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have progressed from SDR/BDR into sales leadership, with deep knowledge of the US B2B market, and the ability to execute strategies across multiple channels and tools.
