The Growth Integration Lead performs project-oriented duties related to the integration of acquired entities and the execution of strategic growth initiatives. The Growth Integration Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial, requiring cross-functional leadership, independent judgment, and accountability for successful implementation and value realization.
The Growth Integration Lead is responsible for driving the execution and integration of CenterWell Home Health’s highest-priority growth initiatives, including mergers & acquisitions, organic growth strategies, and other expansion initiatives.
