Growth Hacker & GTM Engineer | Organic Systems (B2B & B2C)
Role Overview
We are looking for a hybrid Growth Hacker / GTM Engineer to build and execute the engine behind our organic growth. This isn't a role for a traditional social media manager. We need someone who understands the intersection of product, engineering, and marketing—someone who can design a strategy on Monday and ship the automation or technical SEO infrastructure for it on Tuesday.
You will be responsible for defining the Go-To-Market (GTM) roadmap for both our B2C and B2B tools, focusing on sustainable, organic lead generation and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive GTM strategy focused on organic loops (SEO, viral mechanics, content engineering, and community-led growth).
