Growth Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• Build growth marketing tools that attract and engage users
• Build and launch useful, teacher-focused tools (e.g. rubric generators, reading‑level checkers, worksheet converters) that solve real classroom problems.
• Take projects from idea to launch with support from your team lead – you’ll own projects from end to end.
• Use engineering skills and knowledge to build programmatic marketing tools.
• Build scalable AI‑powered marketing systems.
• Create AI‑powered workflows and templates that generate marketing content at scale, rather than producing individual assets manually.
• Develop repeatable processes that improve efficiency and support long‑term growth (e.g. comparison pages, SEO content pipelines).
• Use data and experimentation to optimize performance and identify new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate to solve business problems.
