GENCODE SDN BHD is seeking a Growth Manager to drive GenBlu’s digital growth across user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation. You will support the Head of Growth & Marketing by turning plans into measurable campaigns that boost app downloads, registrations, and active engagement.

The role requires hands-on execution across digital ads, CRM, landing pages, and partner campaigns, coordinating with product, tech, and loyalty teams to ensure performance-driven results.
