Job Description
Role Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting research activities within the organization. The role involves monitoring the performance of Business Units, generating investment ideas and conductive comprehensive market research. The primary goal of the Research function within Group Strategy is to optimize capital allocation, drive strategic decision-making and enhance the Group's Return on Capital Employed (ROCE).
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Conduct performance analysis of Business Units, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
Benchmark the Business Units against industry peers and comparables to identify areas for performance enhancement
Optimize the Group's capital allocation by providing strategic insights and recommendations on resource distribution across Business Units
Recommend initiatives and develop strategies to improve the Group's overall financial performance, with a focus on enh...
