Responsibilities
Technical aspects
- Mastery of service providers’ products and offerings;
- Analysis and validation of data to produce summary tables and reports;
- Conducting calls for tenders and negotiating with insurers;
- Preparation and review of proposals, experience tracking, and renewals;
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of internal tools and processes.
Advisory role
- Strategic orientation of analyses in collaboration with internal teams;
- Presentation and dissemination of analysis results to prospects (with business development) and clients;
- Formulation of recommendations aligned with client issues;
- Facilitation of presentations to stakeholders and participation in external visibility activities (as needed).
- Responding to customer questions and maintaining a proactive relationship in order to anticipate future needs.
