Responsibilities

Technical aspects

  • Mastery of service providers’ products and offerings;
  • Analysis and validation of data to produce summary tables and reports;
  • Conducting calls for tenders and negotiating with insurers;
  • Preparation and review of proposals, experience tracking, and renewals;
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of internal tools and processes.

Advisory role

  • Strategic orientation of analyses in collaboration with internal teams;
  • Presentation and dissemination of analysis results to prospects (with business development) and clients;
  • Formulation of recommendations aligned with client issues;
  • Facilitation of presentations to stakeholders and participation in external visibility activities (as needed).
  • Responding to customer questions and maintaining a proactive relationship in order to anticipate future needs.
