Job Description

Winter Park Resort is seeking a Group Services Coordinator to act as the liaison between the resort and contracted groups, coordinating lodging, rooming lists, F&B, meeting space, lift tickets, activities and communications to enhance each group’s experience.

This role supports the sales team, upsells group products, and may assist with weddings on site. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; 1–2 years in hospitality is desirable. Must be able to work evenings and weekends and lift up to 50 pounds.
