Become a critical part of Equitable's Group Sales team as a Group Sales and Service Support member. This remote position facilitates collaboration while ensuring exceptional service for group plan sponsors and advisors.
Equitable is seeking a motivated individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group Sales team focusing on the Eastern provinces. Your role will involve interacting with advisors, managing renewal processes, and monitoring inquiries related to commissions. Key Responsibilities:
• Submit quote requests to the underwriting department
• Assist Group Account Executives with renewals
• Prepare group terminations and reports
• Support advisors and clients through email and phone
• Investigate late premium payments and advisor inquiries
