We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Group Sales Manager focused on soliciting, developing, and managing key group accounts to drive revenue and strengthen Alila Napa Valley’s presence within the Valley.
This individual will serve as a key ambassador of the Alila brand, bringing creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury service to every program while maximizing revenue and ensuring operational excellence. This is an on-site position with workspace in St. Helena, California.
The expected salary range Alila Napa Valley reasonably expects to pay for this position is $72,000 - $90,000.
