Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Key Account Managers.

  • Drive new business development while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts.

  • Identify new market opportunities within the transport, logistics, mining, construction, agriculture, and fleet sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.

  • Monitor sales performance, budgets, and profitability across all branches.

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
