Job Description
- Maximized productivity levels of the group by developing quality MPs.
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of sales activities of the MPs to attain group sales target.
- Attainment of group sales target.
- Performs KYC (completeness, accuracy and authenticity of customer and customer documents). Attain of Group SSI rating.
- Ensures passing of MP proficiency and skills examination.
- Ensures adherence to professionalism and proper representation in all sales transaction.
- Compliance to TMP standards as well as to the Company policies, procedures and work processes.
- Comply with and deliver all responsibilities and items as mandated under pertinent laws, such as, but not limited to, Environmental Laws and policies, Data Privacy laws and policies, Consumer Right laws (e.g. Consumer Act of the Philippines and Lemon Law) and policies.
