Job Description

This leading Dublin four star is recruiting a Group Reservations Supervisor to manage their group reservations function, ensuring an efficient reservations experience from quotation to contract to hand over to the Operations team.

The Group Reservations Supervisor is responsible for quoting, converting and managing all group accommodation enquiries, ensuring that the hotel revenue and reservations strategy is implemented in order to fully optimise hotel revenue. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that every enquiry is tracked, followed-up and thoroughly documented.
  • Ensure that all groups are entered into Opera correctly with relevant notes, traces and rates.
  • Ensure that all group traces are actioned daily, and groups on option are chased or cancelled on time.
