The moment a customer hits Book, a complex orchestration begins—tracking, pickups, cancellations, payments, ratings, partner navigation, and much more. The Order Life Cycle (OLC) sits at the heart of this journey, shaping every critical interaction for both customers and driver-partners.

We're looking for a Group Product Manager to own and evolve one of the most strategic platform domains at Porter.

This is not a feature-delivery role.

We're seeking someone who combines deep customer empathy with strong platform-thinking and architectural intuition. Someone who can understand the anxiety of a customer waiting for their vehicle, the challenges faced by driver-partners on the ground, and translate those insights into scalable systems that power millions of transactions.
