Your responsibilities
Develop, lead, and execute global transformation initiatives from inception through full organizational adoption, ensuring milestone achievement and alignment with strategic objectives. Own business case development and financial planning, including budgets and rolling forecasts. Develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow). Conduct in-depth analyses of key business processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and monitor execution and ROI of improvement initiatives. Act as a strong financial challenger and trusted partner to site management, international finance teams, and the general executive management. Your profile
