  • Handles 3 Department Managers (Direct); 10 Section Managers; 40 Indirect Personnel
  • Minimum 10 years managerial experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control function in Pharma, Food, Cosmetics (local and multinational companies) Source company – Pasual Lab, Hizon Lab, Lloyds Pharma; Food/beverage processing Manufacturing
  • Work in Quality Assurance entails :Knowledge and application of GMP Compliance in Pharma Manufacturing; knowledge of Risk Assessment and Management; Quality Review Process; Compliance Audits; Product Releasing Process; Managing Customer Complaints; Product Recall Procedures
  • Work in Quality Control – Managing Testing Laboratory Operations, Raw Materials/Packaging Materials/ Finished Goods/ Testing Validation of new products ; Analytical Testing Methods of various types of pharma products; Use of various testing instruments and equipment, Handling People,
