Group Manager (Electrical Maintenance Management)

Purpose the Role:

Manage complex electro-mechanical projects with specialization in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting/hydrant modifications, and MEP integration for industrial and commercial facilities. Ensure seamless execution from design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of electromechanical systems (HVAC, MEP, utilities, fire safety, DGs, Transformers, pumps, compressors)
• Coordinate with Consultant, OEMs, contractors, and statutory authorities for design approval and execution.
• HVAC System Management – Plan, review, and supervise installation of HVAC systems including VRF/VRV, AHUs, chillers, ducting, and ventilation to maintain thermal comfort and energy efficiency.
