Become a Group Leader specializing in merchandise processing. Manage operations and train new hires to ensure accuracy and safety in the processing workflow.
As a pivotal member of the DC Operations team, your leadership as a Group Leader will drive the execution of department tasks. You'll serve as the right hand to the Supervisor and maintain a safe working atmosphere while actively participating in material handling. Building a solid training program for new team members is central to this role.
