About the Role
Lead and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency. Manage people, processes, and resources to support production and customer demand while driving continuous improvement initiatives across internal logistics and warehouse operations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize material flow, reduce operational deviations, and achieve company KPIs aligned with AGCO standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with production requirements and achieving key KPIs related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.
- Manage inventory accuracy, material flow, storage capacity, and inbound/outbound logistics to guarantee production continuity and customer satisfaction.
