What You'll Be Doing:
Mechanical Engineering Design & Support:
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and supervision to the Mechanical Design Job Leads as well as mechanical design team members. Assess customer specifications and processes to develop comprehensive conceptual designs for proposed systems, including supporting design calculations, schematics, 3rd party equipment recommendations, and incorporation of newly available technology/processes. Foster creativity and resourcefulness in addressing any technical issues or concerns that may arise during projects, both with external and internal customers, and at all project stages. Assist the Applications Engineering department in concept development and risk identification, quote deficiencies, risks, scope changes, and work with internal partners to develop solutions and mitigate risk.
