Group Lead – Central Inverters

Role Purpose

Provide end-to-end engineering leadership for power electronics products and system architectures, driving innovation, product robustness, cost competitiveness, and scalable platforms across AC-DC, DC-DC, DC-AC, Solar Inverter (Central and String), PCS, EV Charger and Electrolyser Power Supply and other power conversion Products and systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & System Architecture

  • Define product and system architecture for:Solar Inverters (String, Central)BESS PCS (Grid-following & Grid-forming)EV Chargers (AC & DC Fast)Electrolyser Power Supplies
  • Establish platform-based designs to enable reuse across power levels and applications.
  • Own system-level requirements: efficiency, power density, reliability, safety, grid compliance.
