- Lead, manage, and develop the Government Sales team to achieve the company's business and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for Government sectors, including Ministries, Government Agencies, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), Regional-Owned Enterprises (ROEs), and other public institutions.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
- Oversee proposal development, contract negotiations, and the implementation of business agreements.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to team members to enhance productivity and capability.
