• Liaise with client leadership effectively while being the last point of escalation across mandates
• Be a trusted mentor to teams and actively build expertise across MSL
• Own a P&L and actively scout for new business opportunities while keeping client exits to an absolute minimum
• Collaborate effectively with administration, HR, finance, and other teams within MSL in effectively managing client mandates
• Cross-sell services from within MSL and Publicis Groupe to existing mandates.
