Group Head - Organizational Effectiveness & People Systems

Cebu | Hybrid | Executive Level Exposure



We are seeking a senior leader to design, implement, and enforce enterprise-wide people systems across a rapidly scaling, founder-led group of companies. This is a board-mandated, career-defining role for candidates with a track record of building people and leadership systems from the ground up.



Responsibilities:

-Build and implement enterprise people systems that drive scale, performance, and governance

-Establish leadership depth to reduce founder dependency

-Define and enforce accountability and performance standards across operating companies

-Align people systems with business processes, including SAP-enabled operations

-Challenge senior leadership and drive execution without reliance on consensus
