Job Description
In this role, you take the lead in ensuring that your designated co-manufacturers and co-packers across our group meet the highest standards in food safety, quality and regulatory compliance. You assess and improve their systems, organise audits, manage risks, and build strong relationships that support long-term excellence.
You take the lead in implementing and continuously improving the FSQMS for coman/copack, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulations.You organise supplier audits, assess risks and turn findings into targeted actions that strengthen supplier performance.By monitoring KPI’s such as complaints, audit results and out-of-spec trends, you help drive continuous improvement across the supply base.Together with Global brand, Group R&D, Group procurement, Group FSQA and co-man/ co-pack partners, you work towards aligned quality expectations and smooth integration of new developments.T...
