You will bring your fitness expertise to teach classes, monitor intensity, and ensure a vibrant environment for participants. The role includes maintaining consistent communication with management about class dynamics and participant feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach fitness classes with energy and expertise
• Adjust exercise intensity during sessions when needed
• Begin and end classes punctually
• Minimize substitution by teaching regularly
• Collaborate with the Group Fitness Manager for member insights
Requirements:
• Valid Group Fitness Certification necessary
• Prior experience in leading Group Fitness sessions
• CPR/AED certification must be maintained
