We’re recruiting a Group Finance Controller to lead financial control, reporting, and performance management across a multi-site FMCG business. This is a pivotal role, managing a team of 12 finance professionals and partnering closely with the senior leadership team to drive financial excellence, governance, and commercial insight.

The Role

As Group Finance Controller, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a team of 12 across financial control, reporting, and transactional finance
• Owning the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process
