Job Description
Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:
- 5+ years of senior management experience in multi-site facilities or engineering, ideally within the hospitality sector
- Tertiary qualification in Facilities management, mechanical or electrical engineering
- Experience in planning and executing maintenance operations.
- Computer literacy
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems
- Project management
- Be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic.
- Be a team player, with a positive attitude.
- Be willing to work shifts.
- Be able to work under pressure.
