Job Description


Minimum Experience and Qualification Required:

  • 5+ years of senior management experience in multi-site facilities or engineering, ideally within the hospitality sector
  • Tertiary qualification in Facilities management, mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Experience in planning and executing maintenance operations.
  • Computer literacy
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems
  • Project management
  • Be motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic.
  • Be a team player, with a positive attitude.
  • Be willing to work shifts.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
