The organization is launching a new Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and is building a team of group facilitators to deliver daytime programming. The Opportunity As a Group Facilitator, you will lead structured therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for clients in the daytime PHP/IOP track. This role works closely with the clinical team to support each client's treatment plan, reinforce coping and recovery skills, and maintain a safe, structured group environment. This posting is structured on an hourly or by-group basis for facilitators who prefer flexible, session-based scheduling.
