Drive wellness in the Dover community as a Group Exercise Specialist in Aquatics at the YMCA. Lead aquatic classes that inspire and foster healthy living.
This part-time position offers an opportunity to shape the lives of youth and teens while promoting community engagement. You will lead energetic classes, address member inquiries related to health, and maintain relationships within the YMCA. Ensuring that classes are safe and enjoyable is essential for promoting health and fitness in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct exciting and safe group aquatic classes
• Assist members with queries about health and wellness
• Build and nurture community relationships through fitness
• Keep accurate records of class attendance
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
• CPR & First Aid certification required
• Basic Instructor Training Course completion
• National Group Exercise Certification desired
