Job Description
- Serve as the engineering lead overseeing all project management activities.
- Drive project kick-off processes, including reviewing customer technical drawings and aligning with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with customers, internal departments, and suppliers to ensure smooth, on‑time, and requirement‑compliant project execution.
- Create factory layout plans-covering facilities, equipment, and process flows-using both 2D and 3D data.
- Design jigs and production workflows for feasibility assessments and work closely with suppliers to refine solutions.
