Group EHS Assurance Lead

At Fletcher Building, safety is a core value and at the heart of everything we do. Our approach to leadership, culture and critical risks has resulted in a 90% reduction in serious injuries and 50% reduction in our recordable injuries over the past 7 years. We are looking for a talented health and safety leader to drive the next strategic refresh of our program as well as provide assurance across our diverse portfolio of businesses. 

The role will be responsible for our systems, framework, standards, and assurance approach across culture metrics, critical risk and control effectiveness, and compliance standards including internal, regulatory and international standards (ISO & ISO ).
