The core responsibilities of this role include: Experience with vendor returns, scrap processes, and reason/disposition codes. Familiarity with customer packaging and labeling standards; kitting/repack experience. Receive, segregate, and triage damaged, short-dated, or non conforming product from inbound, outbound, and returns. Inspect for type/extent of damage, count accuracy, packaging integrity, and compliance with customer standards/SOPs. Identify salvageable components and recoup opportunities (e.g., repack, relabel, rewrap, rebox, kitting adjustments).
