About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing digital betting and iGaming group operating across multiple African markets. They are seeking a Group Chief Operations Officer to lead regional operations, customer experience, and operational excellence across several countries.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for executing group strategy across markets, driving performance and profitability, and building scalable operational structures in regulated, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-country operations across Africa, ensuring consistent execution of group strategy
- Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and performance across operations and customer experience
- Lead and develop Country Managers and regional leadership teams
