What requirements you'll need to be eligible


  • Native Japanese speakers with experience in the Japanese market or
    Native Bahasa Indonesian speakers with experience in the Indonesian market are highly preferable. 




  • Background in travel industry, MICE will be an advantage




  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to coordinate with clients, operators and other stakeholders (Fluency in English and Mandarin; One other Asia Pacific Language is desirable)




  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is a key part of the role, so interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude are important
