Reporting to the Senior Manager, Group Benefits (GB) Sponsorships and Events, the GB Coordinator is responsible for the activation and execution of the Group Benefits sponsorship activities and events, including planning, coordination and follow‑up with various conference vendors and agencies. The GB Coordinator will also play a role in overseeing the Group Benefits Sponsorship & Events calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact with external vendors and internal communication and enablement staff, handling day‑to‑day inquiries related to sponsorships and media.
  • Schedule and participate in meetings with conference vendors to review critical paths and obtain event details.
  • Record all sponsorship deliverables and update the project file as status changes, ensuring deliverables outlined in critical paths stay on track.
