Job Responsibilites
Ensure Group Consolidation Reporting Package completion on or before 15th March of every year and the audited consolidated financial statements completion on or before 15th April of every year.
Prepare first draft group consolidated financial statements on quarterly basis no later than 20th after the end of each quarter; and final group consolidated accounts on or before the 15th February, 15th May, 15th August, and 15th November of every year.
Ensure Group inter-company balances reconciliation coordination is completed no later than 20th of every month.
Ensure annual corporate budget completion on or before 30th April of every year and timely preparation of quarterly Board Presentation, Turnover Analysis, Project Analysis, Profitability Analysis and Trend Analysis on or before 15th February, 15th May, 15th August, and 15th November of every year.
